DAVID RUBNERChairman of the Board
David Rubner was named Chairman of the NovelSat board of directors in 2014. He also serves on the boards of Check Point, RadWare and cVidya. He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Rubner Technology Ventures and is a general partner at Hyperion Israel Advisors Ltd., a venture capital fund. Prior to founding Rubner Technology Ventures, Mr. Rubner served as President and CEO of ECI Telecommunications.
Mr. Rubner is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Bar-Ilan University and Shaare Zedek Hospital, and chairman of the Petach-Tikva Foundation. Mr. Rubner holds a B.S. in Engineering from Queen Mary College, University of London and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Gary DrutinBoard Member
In his 30 years of management experience, Mr. Drutin has served as CEO of FST Biometrics, Chief Customer Officer for Allot, and Bizdev Director for Broadcom’s Microwave business following the acquisition of Provigent, where he was SVP Worldwide Sales. Mr. Drutin also held GM, VP and other positions for AudioCodes, Cisco and Digital.
Mr. Drutin holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University in Information Systems & Marketing, and a BSc in Computer Engineering from the Technion. University.

Dov IngberBoard Member
Dov is CFO at Landa Partners and has been a partner at accounting firm VBIR for over 20 years. He has been a CPA since 1991, specializing in financial assistance and consulting to start ups, investment companies and others. He has rich experience with international corporations and has participated in numerous venture capital funding transactions and in IPOs. Dov serves as a board member and internal auditor for a list of public and private companies corporations.
Mr. Ingber is a graduate of the Economics and Accounting studies in Tel Aviv University, and holds an MBA in finance and insurance from Tel Aviv University

Uri LotanBoard Member
Uri has over 35 years of international experience in a wide range of executive positions.
Uri founded and managed the European subsidiary of a small startup company, Orbot Systems, which later merged with its competitor Optrotech to become one of the most successful Israeli company at that time – Orbotech. Uri was the President of the European subsidiary located in Brussels for over 10 years. Prior to founding the subsidiary, Uri served as the Marketing Manager of Scitex Japan located in Tokyo. Uri returned to Israel 15 years ago and was involved in funding couple of companies and projects, including Lumus, and MCE Systems, where he served as the first CEO for 5 years.
Mr. Lotan holds a BSc in Industrial and Management Engineering from the Technion.

Tzvika FriedmanBoard Member
Tzvika’s executive positions include co-founder of the ECI Telecom Optical division and president/CEO of Alvarion. Tzvika has broad experience in M&A and post-merger integration; setting up joint ventures and global operations in developed and developing markets.
Mr. Friedman holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MS from the London Business School.

Joav AvtalionBoard Member
Dr. Avtalion is a co-founder of NICE Systems, where he served as CTO, EVP Sales & Marketing, and EVP Business Development. Upon his departure from NICE, Avtalion co-founded and served as chairman of Mindsense (Biotechnology). He has also served as a board member and CEO for several companies including Oversi, Pillar Data, and Jigami.
Mr. Avtalion a B.Sc. in Mathematics, Physics, and Biology from Hebrew University, an MBA in Finance from Tel Aviv University, and a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Bar-Ilan University.

Dr. Andreas JerschenskyBoard Member
Andreas Jerschensky has more than 20 years of experience in M&A, Strategy as well as in Corporate Venturing.
He is currently responsible for Corporate Development at the Landa Group and serves in this capacity as a Board Member/Senior Advisor in various Landa companies. Before his transition to the Landa Group he was a member of the Executive Management Team of ALTANA, headed the global M&A team at Deutsche Post/DHL and was active in various senior M&A roles at Evonik Industries. He started his career in the Corporate Finance practice of Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Jerschensky holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and a M.Sc. in Business Informatics both from the University of Muenster, Germany.
